Invoices on file confirm that he had an alarm system and factory-style Porsche strut tower brace professionally installed and paint protection applied by a Porsche specialist. This specialist also performed routine service and other repairs during his ownership. Around early 2010, the car passed to its next owner, a noted Porsche collector and prominent figure in the Dutch art scene. She would enjoy the car for seven years, continuing its regular maintenance with Porsche specialists, including a major service by Porsche Center Leusden in March 2017.

In April 2017, the consignor acquired the car through Carrera RS specialist German Sports Cars GmbH in Telgte, which facilitated its servicing at Porsche Zentrum Münster and the installation of new tires before it was imported to the United States in May 2017. Since joining the consignor’s noted Northeast Porsche collection, the Carrera RS has been well preserved and driven minimally, showing 36,068 kilometers (~22,412 miles) at cataloguing time.
